- Siapkan semua bahan.
- Cuci bersih jamur,lalu peras airnya,kemudian suir2 jamur tiramnya, sisihkan.
- Siapkan wadah, masukkan tepung bumbu serbaguna,telur,jamur yang sudah disuir2 tadi,sambil diaduk2 sampai merata.
- Siapkan tepung panir,lalu tuang sekitar 2 sdm adonan jamur diatas tepung panir,lalu taburi keju parut sekitar 2 sdm,kemudian tutup bagian atas jamur dengan tepung panir, untuk mengangkatnya pakai sudit(supaya tdk hancur).
- Panaskan minyak goreng,goreng adonan katsu dengan api sedang sampai matang, angkat,tiriskan,,,sajikan Jamur Katsu dengan pelengkap,,,hhmmm,,, yuuummy.
