- Panaskan wajan anti lengket yang sudah di olesi sedikit minyak wijen/minyak goreng. Susun gyoza. Biarkan sampai bagian bawahnya kecoklatan/minyak habis.
- Kemudian tuangi air 100-150 ml. Tutup wajannya. Biar sampai air terserap habis. Setelah air terserap habis, matikan api. Jangan langsung di buka tutupnya, supaya ketika dingin kulit gyoza tetap lembut (penurunan suhu yang drastis bisa membuat kulit dimsum keras setelah dingin).
