Cara membuat Bokkeumbap Kid with Omurice #120
- Siapkan bahan.. Kocok telor, campurkan dg wortel dan bawang putih.. Adukrata.
- Masukkan nasi kedlm telor kocok. Aduk rata.
- Panaskan minyak, masukkan nasi telor.. Masak hingga matang telornya.. Beri kecap, garam, kaldu, merica.. Aduk rata.. Sisihkan.
- Kocok telur beri garam..Adonan didadar separo-separo. Panaskan sdkit minyak dlm teflon, buat omelet sebanyak dua kali.. Apinya kecil.
- Mulai membentuk boneka: buat bantalnya dari selembar omelet, isi dg nasi goreng, bentuk sdmikian rupa menyerupai bantal.. Buat karakter hidung, perut, telinga dari keju slice pake sedotan, spuit, cetakan talam.. Buat bagian kepala, telinga, tangan dan badan dari nasi goreng smpe gak bersisa. Tangan kita pake sarung tangan plastik, klo gak ada pake plastik wrapping saat mencetaknya..
- Plating di piring saji, kira2 seperti foto di bawah..Buat mata dan bibir dari wortel, bintik matanya dari biji selasih, hidung dari seledri.. Tulisan dari saus tomat.. Selesai.
- Kenangan bekal bento saat bocah SD, udh pernah bikin omurice, omelet dikasih warna rootbeer (umbi bit).. Fotonya buram, hp jadul😀.
