- Siapkan bahan dough, kecuali butter / margarine dan garam. Uleni hingga kalis, baru tambahkan butter dan garam. Uleni kembali hingga wp stage. Adonan terasa smooth ya, siap utk proofing selama 30 menit..
- Siapkan butter beku atau *keju blok (selera ya, jika butter mmg sedikit tricky krn jika tdk tertutup rapat adonannya maka akan merembes keluar, jika ingin aman mgkn keju blok bs dijadikan alternatif, perfect combination dg rotinya😘). Kempeskan adonan, bagi @50 gr, bulatkan dan istirahatkan 10 menit. Jika pakai butter, maka ⅓ adonan digunakan utk melapisi butter beku sejumlah roti yg dibentuk, jika keju blok tidak perlu. Beri isian, lalu istirahatkan kembali selama ±40 menit..
- Semprotkan topping cream diatas roti secara melingkar, sebisa mgkn hampir menutupi bagian roti supaya ketika dipanggang, roti tertutup topping sempurna. Panggang roti pd suhu 175° yg sudah dipanaskan 15 menit sebelumnya, selama ±18 menit. Sesuaikan karakter oven masing² ya😊.
