Cara membuat Tilumiti (Tumis) Gorontalo
- Cuci bersih Tuna, lumuri Jeruk Nipis. Tiriskan.
- Haluskan Bumbu Halus, tambahkan serai yang sudah di memarkan (geprek), kayu manis, cengkeh, irisan tomat, irisan daun bawang. Tumis dengan minyak secukupnya.
- Masukkan Tuna lalu tambahkan air. Masak hingga matang, tambahkan garam atau penyedap serta secukupnya lada.
- Siap Dihidangkan jangan lupa taburi Bawang Goreng.
