Bahan-bahan Adobong Manok / Chicken Adobo
- Gunakan 1/2 kg of ayam, potong sesuai selera.
- Dibutuhkan 4 siung of bawang putih,cincang.
- Dibutuhkan 1/2 sdm of gula pasir.
- Dibutuhkan secukupnya of Garam dan lada.
- Diperlukan 4 sdm of kecap manis.
- Siapkan 3 lembar of daun salam kering.
- Siapkan 2 sdm of cuka.
- Dibutuhkan secukupnya of wijen dan daun bawang.
- Siapkan secukupnya of minyak goreng.
- Gunakan sedikit of air.

Langkah-langkah memasak Adobong Manok / Chicken Adobo
- Siapkan wadah, lalu masukkan ayam+kecap + bawang putih cincang + daun salam kering, aduk rata kemudian tutup wadah, ungkep selama minimal 1jam. Sisihkan.
- Kemudian panaskan minyak goreng, setelah panas, goreng ayam yang sudah diungkep tadi, goreng ±5menit. Lalu angkat, tiriskan.
- Siapkan kembali wajan.Lalu Tuangkan sisa bumbu ungkep dan tambahkan air sedikit. Didihkan. Kemudian masukan ayam yang telah digoreng tadi..
- Tambahkan lada + garam/penyedap +gula+cuka. Masak hingga ayam empuk dan bumbu meresap sepenuhnya. Icipi rasa. Jika rasa sudah okey di lidah, matikan kompor lalu tuang di piring saji, taburi wijen sangrai dan irisan daun bawang, Adobong Manok siap disajikan.. ^^.
