Bahan-bahan Buko Pandan

  1. Dibutuhkan 1 buah of kelapa muda, kerok dagingnya.
  2. Diperlukan of Air Kelapa.
  3. Gunakan 1 Kaleng Susu of Evaporasi.
  4. Siapkan 1 Kaleng of SKM.
  5. Dibutuhkan of Bahan Agar2 Pandan.
  6. Dibutuhkan 1 bks of Agar2 (saya pakai Nutrijel Kelapa Muda).
  7. Diperlukan 1 sdt of Pasta pandan.
  8. Diperlukan 5 sdm of Gula Pasir.
  9. Diperlukan 700 ml of Air.
  10. Gunakan of Bahan Mutiara Pandan.
  11. Diperlukan 1 bks of Sagu Mutiara Putih (boleh yg merah putih).
  12. Diperlukan 1 L of Air.
  13. Dibutuhkan 2 sdt of Pasta pandan.

Langkah-langkah membuat Buko Pandan

  1. Agar Pandan : Masak semua bahan sampai mendidih. Tuang dalam loyang, tunggu sampai mengeras. Potong dadu, sisihkan.
  2. Mutiara Pandan : Didihkan Air, masukkan mutiara, masak 7 menit. Masukkan pasta pandan, matikan api. Tutup Rapat. Diamkan 30 menit. Masak lagi 12 menit. Buang air rebusan, bilas dg air matang agar tidak lengket..
  3. Campur Susu Evaporasi, SKM, dan Air kelapa Muda. Tambahkan 2 tetes Pasta pandan (sampai warna hijau muda).
  4. Masukkan Agar2, Mutiara dan daging kelapa muda (bisa ditambah dg nata de coco)..
  5. Simpan terlebih dahulu dalam kulkas sebelum disajikan.
