  4. Diperlukan 30 gr of gula pasir.
  5. Dibutuhkan 400 ml of air dingin.
  6. Sediakan 1 bungkus of Lady finger 200gr.
  7. Dibutuhkan 3 sdm of kopi hitam nescafe campur gula dan air mendidih.
  8. Dibutuhkan of Rum.
  9. Gunakan of Vanilla.
  10. Sediakan of Garam.
  11. Sediakan secukupnya of Coklat bubuk.

Langkah-langkah membuat Tiramisu Classic

  1. Kocok kuning telur dengan gula pasir (beri sedikit garam)sampai berwarna putih mengental diatas air mendidih agar bakteri mati.
  2. Kocok dengan mixer whipped cream dengan air dingin sampai kaku.
  3. Bahan A : Campur semua bahan kuning telur dan whipped cream yg sudah dikocok dengan spatula. Masukkan marscapone cheese secara bertahap. Beri essense vanila dan rum masing-masing 1 sdt. Kemudian masukkan ke dalam piping bag atau plastik segitiga.
  4. Bahan B : Masukkan lady finger ke dalam cairan kopi, tidak terlalu lama nanti biskuit hancur. Tata di box atau di loyang.
  5. Layer selanjutnya isi dengan bahan A, disusun dengan bahan B.
  6. Jika sudah tersusun,taburi dengan coklat bubuk. Masukkan dalam lemari es..
