Langkah-langkah membuat Swiss Roll Cake
- Kocok margarin sampai mengembang & lembut, sisihkan.
- Kocok kuning telur & gula pasir sampai mengembang & kental.
- Masukkan terigu sambil diayak, aduk rata.
- Tambahkan margarin yg sudah dikocok lembut, aduk sampai tercampur rata.
- Ambil sedikit adonan, campur dengan coklat pasta untuk memberi motif, masukkan dalam plastik segitiga.
- Tuang adonan di loyang ukuran 25x35 cm, ratakan.
- Beri motif garis2 diatas adonan, tarik menggunakan sumpit, oven sampai matang.
- Keluarkan dari oven, balik diatas kertas roti yg dialasi serbet, buka lapisan kertasnya.
- Olesi dengan selai strawbery kemudian gulung, siap dihidangkan.
