Bahan Tiramisu
- Siapkan 3 potong of Spongs cake cokelat.
- Sediakan 8 of telur.
- Sediakan 200 of gula.
- Gunakan of Sp.
- Dibutuhkan 60 of susu bubuk.
- Gunakan 40 of cokelat bubuk.
- Diperlukan 160 of terigu.
- Gunakan 200 of mentega cair.
- Sediakan 200 of mentega.
- Siapkan of Kopi instant taNpa ampas.
- Sediakan 3/4 gelas of air panas.
- Dibutuhkan 1 sdm of gula.
- Gunakan of Cream..
- Gunakan 250 of cream cheese.
- Dibutuhkan 300 gr of Wippy.
- Diperlukan 100 of gula halus.
- Siapkan of Cokelat bubuk.
Langkah-langkah membuat Tiramisu
- Campur telur gula, sp.. Kocok sampai mengembang, masukkan tepung susu, terigu, cokelat, terakhir mentega cair.. Setelah mateng, dinginkan.. Belah 2.
- Buat campuran kopi, air dan gula...
- Kocok cream cheese sampai lembut..
- Kocok wippy lalu tambahkan gula halus lalu cream cheese.
- Siapkan ring, bri cake yg sdh di belah lalu basahi dg air kopi.. Bri wippy, ulangi sampai 3 lapis cake.. Terakhir bri wippy dengan menggunakan spuit dan ayakan cokelat bubuk.
- Simpan di kulkas selama 4 jam...
- Siap disantap.
