  1. Campurkan kuning telur dengan gula, aduk dengan spatula sampai gula larut (jangan pake whisk, nanti banyak gelembung nya dan jd ga lembut, kata mbak Putri ny 😀).
  2. Tambahkan whipped cream cair, aduk rata, tambahkan vanilla extract, aduk rata.
  3. Saring bahan, simpan bahan di wadah tahan panas, simpan di loyang yang sudah di beri air panas, oven di suhu 150 dercel selama 1 jam (saya pakai otang).
  4. Biarkan dingin, tutup dengan cling wrap biar tdk ada air mengembun masukkan ke dalam chiller diamkan minimal 3 jam (saya semaleman).
  5. Jika ada air mengembun, lap dengan tissue towel, taburi gula pasir, ratakan (sy tipis aja) lalu di blow torch. Dan siap di nikmati. Lembut banget 😍.
