Bahan Portuguese Chicken Peri Peri (Ayam Piri Piri)
- Siapkan 4 of sayap ayam.
- Gunakan of Bahan Blend.
- Dibutuhkan 4 siung of bawang putih.

- Sediakan 5 biji of cabai rawit (harusnya pakai cabai khas afrika).

Cara memasak Portuguese Chicken Peri Peri (Ayam Piri Piri)
- Campur semua bahan blend, keculai daun salam. haluskan menggunakan copper. Untuk minyak zaitun, jangan langsung dicampur, tambahkan perlahan..
- Panaskan bahan yg sudah halus, masukkan daun salam. Aduk aduk, kurleb 7 menit..
- Campur ayam dan bumbu. Diamkan dalam kulkas kurleb 30 menit (lebih lama lebih baik).
- Panaskan teflon. Ambil ayam di kulkas, panggang ayam selama kurleb 15 menit...
- Angkat dan sajikan dengan jollof rice. Atau dimakan tanpa nasi juga enak. Jangan lupa bumbu yg sisa tadi digunakan sebagai cocolan.
