- Diperlukan 3 batang of bawang daun, potong potong, pisahkan bagian yang putih dan hijau.
- Sediakan 1 butir of bawang putih.
- Siapkan 2 cm of ruas jahe, memarkan atau hanya dipotong saja.
- Gunakan 1/4 sdt of merica.
- Dibutuhkan of garam secukupnya dan gula sedikit saja.
- Siapkan 1 sdm of saus tiram (optional).
- Gunakan 2 sdm of minyak wijen.
- Diperlukan 4 sdm of tepung maizena/tapioka/kanji, campur dengan sedikit air.
- Gunakan 4 butir of telur, kocok dulu (seperti membuat telur dadar).
- Siapkan of jamur tiram / jamur kancing (optional).
- Siapkan 100 gr of ayam yang sudah direbus, potong dadu.
- Dibutuhkan sedikit of kunyit/kunir untuk pewarna, biar gak pucat supnya :).

- Masukkan potongan ayam dan jamur, masukkan merica, gula, garam, dan saus tiram, aduk rata.
- Masukkan campuran tepung maizena/tapioka/kanji, aduk sampai kuah mengental sesuai selera ya.
- Masukkan telur, diamkan sebentar, biarkan setengah matang dulu, baru diaduk sampai terpotong-potong (hancur) menjadi bagian kecil.
- Masukkan bawang daun yang bagian hijau dan minyak wijen.
- Sajikan hangat yakkk.
- Bisa banget ditambah sayur-sayuran misal jagung, kacang polong, sawi, baby pokcoy, dan wortel, saya tidak pakai karena pada resep ini telur adalah komponen utama.
