Bahan Kheer / Payasam

  1. Gunakan 100 gr of semolina vermicelli / bihun gandum.
  2. Sediakan 500 ml of susu cair plain.
  3. Diperlukan 700 ml of air.
  4. Sediakan 150 gr of gula / sesuai selera.
  5. Sediakan sejumput of garam.
  6. Siapkan 5 butir of green cardamon.
  7. Sediakan 5 helai of safron (optional).
  8. Dibutuhkan of Taburan :.
  9. Dibutuhkan of kacang²an (mete, pistachio, almond,walnut,pecan,dll).
  10. Dibutuhkan of buah²an kering (kismis).
