- Cuci bersih daging sapi,potong kotak2,lumuri dengan nanas parut,diamkan kurang lebih 15 menit.
- Campur semua bumbu marinasi,masukkan daging,diamkan 15-30 menit.
- Selagi menunggu daging yg di marinasi,potong2 bahan pelengkap,sisihkan.
- Setelah di marinasi,tusuk daging selang seling,daging-bawang bombay-daging-cabe hijau-daging-tomat-daging,sampai daging habis.kemudian bakar sate sampai matang (sy pake teflon).
- Siap disajikan dg acar nanas timun,saya tambah bumbu sambal kecap,hehehe.....
